HBYC Donation Drive

As you know, Covid 19 cases and hospitalizations have been increasing substantially over the past few weeks. In response to this surge, both Maryland’s Governor Hogan and Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman have announced new regulations. Effective Friday, November 13th, social gatherings In Anne Arundel County are limited to 25 people outdoors and 10 people indoors. Operations at bars and restaurants are limited to 25% capacity. Given these restrictions and Herrington Harbours demonstrated compliance with Covid restrictions, it is impossible for us to hold the Turkey Fry.

While the physical event has been cancelled, we would still like to proceed with the charity initiative. The beneficiary this year is an organization that assists individuals and families impacted by Covid – the Maryland Food Bank. With the surge in cases, there will be an increase in the number of people needing assistance making our contributions that much more important.
