DESCRIPTION:Come by boat\, come by car! \nThe Urbanna Oyster Festival takes place the first weekend in November and promises to be a good time.  We are still working on reservation possibilities.  Given the weather\, this may be a land event rather than a cruise.  Possible locations are Urbanna Town Marina or a hotel in Tappahannock\, VA.
